The Maddocks Newsletter Issue 4: Summer 2025
Can't get rid of us that easily

It’s us again!
Things are starting to heat up here at Maddocks HQ.

Our big Maddocks Weekender back in May was a big highlight of the year so far. We played Mews Fest at Lions Den on the Saturday, which was great despite the weather; thanks to all of you who showed out and had a dance in the rain!!
The following day then saw us put our shopkeeper hats on at the Merch Market in Manchester, organised by Tim Burgess’ Help Us Help Bands charity. We met a lot of lovely people, many of whom signed up to our mailing list - if you’re one of them, hiya!! Thanks for taking a chance on us, and we hope you stick around.
Did someone say GORILLA?!
We are incredibly excited that our next Manchester show will be supporting Madame Claude at the iconic Gorilla! This will be the biggest hometown venue we’ve played so far as The Maddocks, so it’s going to be a special one.

Tickets are available here - hope to see lots of you there!
Tiddly Om Pom Pom(pey)!!
We’re going further than we’ve ever gone before. on Sunday 3rd August, we will be playing down in Portsmouth for Live At The Bandstand! It’s going to be a very lovely afternoon of free music by the seaside, what could be nicer?

Big thanks to our friend Ben at ABH Promotions for inviting us to be on the bill. If you happen to be down that way and fancy joining us for a seaside soiree, you can find more info about the event here.
What on earth could be going on here?

As well as preparing for all these wonderful gigs, we have been doing a lot of work behind the scenes. I know we’ve been saying this for a while now, but stuff is seriously starting to get exciting. Lots coming soon. It’ll be worth the wait, trust us!!!
The Merch Table
We still have limited numbers of Mind Palace, Benny Says and Logo t-shirts left, as well as some of our Maddocks bucket hats.

If you want to get your hands on one so you can show off your incredible music and fashion sense to everyone you pass in the street, drop us an email at [email protected] or message us on socials and we’ll see what we’ve got in stock for you.
That’s it now, this issue of the newsletter is finally over, you can go back to living your life safe in the knowledge you’ve had all the latest news and gossip from the most wicked sick cool band around.

Cheers.
