It’s Maddocks time

Hold onto your hats, there’s a lot going on in this issue.

Hello again one and all.

It’s been a very busy time for The Maddocks recently, but it’s also been very exciting. Let’s dive straight in…

As you may already know, we are releasing our next single ‘Benny Says’ on 29th November 2024 - only a few weeks away! We are super excited to share this one with you all, it’s one of our favourite songs we’ve written so far so we hope you love it as much as we do.

We’re headlining WHERE??!!

Oh yeah, we’re also headlining Manchester Academy 3 next year (!!!?!?!?). It will be our biggest headline show yet and we are definitely a little bit nervous but mostly absolutely buzzing.

As well as bombarding you with announcements over the last few months, we’ve also been playing gigs here there and everywhere!

All the way back in August, we played Lakefest down in Herefordshire. We had so much fun and really enjoyed playing to a totally new audience. We even managed to successfully pitch our tent in the dark, which is always a bonus.

We kicked off September with out first ever London show, supporting Sovereigns at The Lower Third. What a day that was!! Loved it, and we even got a proper dressing room with filmstar mirror lights and everything. Huge shout-out to Mikey and Dylan for helping out, and to Stuart for driving us there and back in the space of 24 hours, what a trooper.

Back in October we headlined Amp in Stockport which was also incredibly lovely! Such a great atmosphere all round, and as always it was a pleasure to play in our beloved hometown. Big thanks to all of you who came down to see us, and to Ben, Dylan and Mikey for helping us as per. Legends always.
